Our firm was established in 1956. We are a full-service Law firm engaged in providing solutions to the needs of our wide and diversified portfolio of clients.

We handle litigation in all the Federal and State High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. We also represent clients before the Federal Government Commissions and Boards of Enquiries and Tribunals. We handle both Civil and Criminal Cases. In particular, we have represented clients before the Federal Department of Aviation, Patent and Trade Marks Office and National Office of Industrial Property as well as before State Boards and other State Agencies in various parts of Nigeria.

We also engage in trans-national practice, in particular, we are involved with joint-ventures and corporate transaction, import and export laws, licensing and transfer of technology as well as International Commercial Arbitrations held anywhere in the world.
