House of Laws encourages all our Legal Staff to accept and conduct cases on Pro Bono basis for poor clients and never to refuse a brief assigned to them by the Legal Aid Council or by the Law Courts for the defense of poor litigants.

We have experience in domestic and International Finance and Banking; in this respect our clients include the Nigerian apex regulatory bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).

We also have long and varied experience in syndicated lending transactions and debt recoveries and re-scheduling. In the banking area, our clients amongst other include United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), First Bank (Nigeria) Plc., Afribank Plc. And Union Bank Plc.

We have also acted as Legal Practitioners on an ad hoc basis for several Oil Companies including Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited and for corporations including Nigerian Railway Corporation and Nigerian Ports Authority.
